Little Beauties :: Original Ponies
"High Fashion Horses With Beautiful Hair!"
Little Beauties were produced by Multi Toys Corp in 1987-90. They were a series of small plastic ponies with moulded clothes and brushable manes and tails. They were very similar to Petite My Little Ponies, and often get mistaken for them or written off as "fakies".

Original Ponies
There were twelve original ponies produced. Each one came with brush and/or comb and hair clips "for hair styling fun". Several ponies were produced with variations of hair colour. If you have any images of the alternative hair colours I can add in here then please contact me!

The yellow haired Nite Star is a slightly different mould to the other three. I have as yet to work out why.

At least four of the original ponies were sold in a pack together as "Party Favours" for Toys R Us in 1991. This could explain the hair colour variations.
