Little Pretty Kitties & Puppies were produced by Mattel from 1989-91 and had several different series produced. They had plastic bodies with long brushable hair and tails and each one also had a different symbol (like My Little Pony).

There was also a few playsets produced which came with exclusive kitties of puppies. I don't know of any other accessories produced.

There were four characters produced in the Picture Frame Pets series, two kittens and two puppy. They each came with a large picture frame with a plastic bubble inside which the pet could fit into, a ribbon and comb.
