Non US ponies included a UK set of Pretty 'n Pearly Baby Sea Ponies and Tuttie Fruitti, who came with the UK Birthday Party playset (an alternative to the US Party Gift Pack).
Birthday Party [UK Playset]

The Birthday Party playset, an alternative version of the US Party Gift Pack, included one pony called Tuttie Fruittie.

Pretty 'n Pearly Baby Sea Ponies [UK alternative set]

The UK version had the same four new characters as the US set, but instead of Surf Rider and Sea Shimmer the set included Tiny Bubbles and Sea Star (returning from Year 3). Sunshower and Ripple were also in slightly different poses with their head facing forward (rather than up).

Each Baby Sea Pony came with a different coloured whale shaped brush, and a round, scented puffy sticker.
