"It's a Party Full of Fun Surprises!"

Miss Party Surprise were produced by Toy Biz in 1999-2001. They were dolls with large plastic skirts, which when opened turned into a playset full of accessories.

Big Sisters Dolls

There were at least two different Big Sisters sets produced. I don't know what the difference was between the original and these dolls, perhaps they were slightly larger like the Little Sisters were slightly smaller.
