There were four styles of Secret Beauties available, and each set contained four different dolls. Lipstick Secret Beauties were ballerinas which when twirled around would raise lipstick out of their tiaras, Nail Polish Secret Beauties dolls hid nail polish in their gowns, Lip Gloss Secret Beauties dolls wore a sweetie hat that little girls could remove for a flavoured lip gloss surprise and Perfume Secret Beauties could spray real perfume when their wings were squeezed.

Each doll came with a skirt, varying head piece and comb which in some cases doubled as a stand.
