There were several Rag Doll
produced by varous companied. The first two original Rag
Dolls produced by Kenner had plastic heads (Strawberry Shortcake
and Huckleberry Pie), which were quickly replaced by all
fabric dolls, of which nine were made. They ranged from
13" to 15". Apple Dumplin' and Cherry Cuddler
came with small plush pets. Other plush pets were sold seperatly
(see further down).

J.C. Pennies produced two
rag dolls; Strawberry Shortcake and Huckleberry Pie. They
were only available through a mail order catalogue and were
14" high.
When Strawberry Shortcake
was re-issued in 1991 there were three Rag Dolls produced
which included two classic Strawberry Shortcake Rag Dolls
and came in two sizes (13" and 16") and the third
was a Strawberry Shortcake Party Rag Doll (Berrykin).
