I found a selection of smaller items whilst charity shopping this week, including Powerpuff Girls, Trolls, Fifi & The Flowertots, G4 My Little Pony, Crazy Bones, Moshi Monsters, Chelsea (from Barbie), Transformers, Little Mermaid “Sebastian”, Glimmies, some boots, the front half of a Polly Pocket: Clip N Lock dress, and a G4 My Little Pony headband.
On Thursday I took a wander into Leigh to see what I could see, and came back with three My Little Pony: The Movie figures, RoadBots, Power Rangers: Time Force, Care Bears, Zelfs and Trolls, plus and a wonderfully illustrated biology book from the 1960’s. And on Monday, I found another My Little Pony, Sonic The Hedgehog, Felix The Cat, Shnooks, a few mini items (Littlest Pet Shop, Star Wars, Disney and Moshi Monsters), a lovely illustrated children’s book, and three volumes of Golden Hands sewing magazines from the 1970’s.
I found all sorts of little bits and pieces last week whilst charity shopping, including My Little Pony, Hello Kitty, Moshi Monsters, Trolls, Zomlings, Doctor Who: Daleks, a Fireman Sam “Norman” figure, a Monsters University figure, a FurReal Friends purple kitty toy, some little Disney kitchen items (these were all over the place), and a Littlest Pet Shop wagon. The Cupcake Surprise doll and Barbie dog I bought from the charity shop next door after I’d finished volunteering…
I bought a few toys from the charity shop I volunteer in this week (Kitty Kitty Kittens, Shnooks, Furby, Bush Baby World and Snow White), then a load more toys from the one next door (a big bag of Littlest Pet Shop). I also bought a novelty handkerchief laundry shirt thing!
Slim pickings at the carboot on Sundays, but I still has a few good buys! I found a large plush Pound Puppies and a large plush Snubbies, plus a few other little odds and ends in a dirty box including a mini My Little Pony and an Enchantimals pet.
A bit of a doll weekend, with two Monster High dolls, two Equestria Girls and five Kelly-like Sparkle Girlz. Twilight Sparkle sings and talks, and I kept hearing her giggling inside my bag!
I started off strong at the carboot on Sundays, with a big hoard of fast food toys from the 1990’s. I also found a few My Little Ponies (G2, G3 & G4), Barbie, Cabbage Patch Kids, Furby, Zelfs, Skeleton Warriors and Lalaloopsy.
Wednesday’s charity shopping found me a Puppy Surprise, two Equestria Girls, twelve My Little Pony “My Busy Book” minis and four other minis, plus three MLP style keyrings and a Pokemon miniature figure!
I found three excellent vintage items whilst charity shopping this week: the yellow Playboot by Matchbox with accessories, a Sky Dancers launcher and a Polly Pocket case. I also found a Cupcake Surprise (with hat!), five Hello Kitty figures, one Shopkins Shoppies, one Enchantimals, plush and mini Moshi Monsters, two McDonalds Furbys, a Lalaloopsy pet, a Littlest Pet Shop crab, Magiki Ladybirds and a set of keys (possibly Disney)!
Sunday’s carboot sale acquired me Garfield aplenty, VIP Pets, Zelfs, I Love Minnie, Equestria Girls and a most peculiar gazelle doll from Disney’s Zootropolis.
I had eyed this Disney Tangled “Rapunzel” toddler doll a short while before buying her, but decided against her at the time as I thought she was a bit over priced for a doll with such a mess of quite literately tangled hair. Then when I went back into the charity shop a week later I found she had been reduced so bought her along with three modern Polly Pocket dolls, a Shopkins character and another couple of little unknown toys, then set to sorting out the birds nest on top of her head!
