Some Kind of Boring Cabbage

Check out my TOY SALES on eBay!

Last weeks finds were most plentiful, covering the carboot on the Sunday, followed by various charity shops during the week, and seem to have found lots of things in twos! I’m most pleased with the vintage He-Man and Stormtrooper figures, an Ever After High doll for 20p and the fabulous “Boring Postcards” book!

Toys include Monster High car and accessories, an Ever After High doll, Shnooks, VIP Pets, two Furby Boom, Flufflings, Sonic The Hedgehog, two 90s Cabbage Patch Kids, two Micro Babies, two Zelfs, another Sweetie Pups, two My Little Pony (G1 & G2), an Enchantimals doll, an Equestria Girls doll with actual clothing, a naked Bratzillaz doll, a lovely Novi Stars doll, a large Our Generation doll, a weird U Hugs doll, Lilo & Stitch “Gantu”, Pirates of the Caribbean “Davy Jones”, two He-Man “Man-E-Face” figures, two Zhu Zhu Pets, Disney figures (Brave and Maleficent), various Star Wars things, a few older McDonald’s Happy Meal toys, two Littlest Pet Shop, two Puppy In My Pocket, eight Ready2Robot, and various other little characters. I also found lots of doll shoes (many odd ones) and other little doll bits and pieces. I was given a little pile of old Marvel comics, and I also found a copy of Some Kind of Wonderful and a book of boring postcards!

Monster High

Other Dolls

The mask for the Ever After High doll was missing its handle, so I fashioned a new one out of craft wire.

I found lots of little dolly shoes and a few other things in the bottom of a toy box at the carboot. I need to ID nearly all of the shoes!

Star Wars

I found a vintage 1980 At-At Driver figure, and various body parts belonging to a Stromtrooper and Darth Maul with made almost a full figure! I also found a wingless Force Link: Kylo Ren’s TIE Silencer and Force Link sound unit.

Ready2Robot

Fast Food Toys

I found four Hoobs, a Pink Panther money head, a Snoopy head (but no body) and a Snoopy book, a Wild Wild West vehicle, Elmo in Grouchland, Bear In The Big Blue House, Hamtaro and Little Monsters.

Books, Comics, Magazines & Movies

I don’t know John Hughes “Some King Of Wonderful” too well, so was good to add it to my collection. I found a couple of Moshi Monster books, an Empire magazine from 1997, Cute magazine (totally lives up to its name), a Star Wars Annual from 1998 (for badge making), and was given several old Marvel comics by a friend. And not forgetting the fabulous “Boring Postcards” book (also lives up to its name)!
