Star Wars

Return Of The Frizzy Troll

I found an interesting selection of plush toys and books recently, including some more Frizzys (which I love), three Raymond Briggs books and a vintage Star Wars sticker album. I’m rather taken by Bear In The Big Blue House, who “cha cha’s”, probably because it’s by Jim Henson.

Windy Pooh Patrol

I found a nice selection of plush toys for resale (as well as a few for myself), including Bob The Builder, Charlie Bears, Crayola, Krypto The Superdog, Martinair Holland, Monsters Inc., Mr Men, Noddy, Paw Patrol, Star Wars, Toy Story, Teenie Beanies and Winnie The Pooh.

Transforming Frosted Eyeballs

I found lot of little figures towards the end of October into November (before the shops shut again). I’m quite taken with the two Star Wars glowing helmets, so will be keeping them! I also found TaleSpin, Disney’s Robin Hood, Tomb Raider, Indiana Jones, Soldier Force and Transformers (to name but a few). Most toys are for resale.

Mighty Mutant Valley Man

Action figures finds from September and the beginning of October include Action Man, Ben 10, BeyBlades, Dino Valley, Gormiti, Matt Hatter Chronicles, Mighty Max, Power Rangers, Primeval, Skylanders, Spider-Man, Star Wars, Superman, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and WWE.

Popple Turbo Funk

I found lots of super toys during August, some for me and lots for resale. So many in fact, that I couldn’t fit them all on the table to take a group shot! My favourite finds have to be the vintage plush Popples and Care Bears, and two Funko Pop: Fortnite figures.

DesignaFlat Strawberry

Finally, I found some dolls! My Monster High craving as been sated for a short while. Other finds from July include Club Chic, DesignaFriend, Disney Princess, Flat Eric, Incredibles, Monster High, Monsters Inc, My Little Pony, My Melody, Paddington Bear, Shopkins, Simpsons, Skylanders, Snoopy, Star Wars, Strawberry Shortcake and Trolls.

Masters Of The Thunderbox

I found a good selection of vintage action figures in mid-Feb, including A-Team, Bomberman, Dungeons & Dragons, a Galaxy Warriors shield, Masters Of The Universe, Monster Wrestlers In My Pocket, M.U.S.C.L.E., Star Wars and ThunderCats. I also found vintage Fisher Price, Playmobil figures, Matchbox cars, and Snoopy. Not forgetting Manta Force, Mighty Max, MASK, Butt-Ugly Martians and a couple of Marvel minis!

Amazing Mutant Pooh

I found a whole bundle of fast food goodies at the end of November, including 102 Dalmatians, Adventure Time, Angry Birds, Animaniacs, Barbie, Despicable Me, Freddo, Furby, Lego Movie, Mario Bros, Mr Men, Noddy, Peanuts, Peter Rabbit, Pokemon, Scooby Doo, Secret Life of Pets, Shrek, Smurfs, Snoopy, Sooty, Star Wars, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Teenie Beanies, The Amazing World of Gumball, Tom & Jerry and Winnie The Pooh. Phew!

Snooping With Zippy

I found a few vintage items again over the past couple of weeks (including Barbie, Furskins, Snoopy & My Little Pony), as well as lots more to add to my shop. My favourite finds out of this lot are definitely the G1 MLP’s, closely followed by Zippy’s head!

Moshing Around With Dougal

I came back with over 200 little items at my last carboot rummage, mostly in Moshi Monsters! I also found a few fast food toys, some other little figures (including Littlest Pet Shop, Puppy In My Pocket, Hello Kitty, Crazy Bones and Disney), a Cupcake Surprise doll (with hat!) and a super Magic Roundabout plush. It took an absolute age to wash this lot!

Mr T’s Little Tickle

I came home with sack full of toys from last weeks charity shop expedition, plus had a few carboot finds too. In fact, there were so many little toys I couldn’t fit them all on the table to photograph together! I found a few dolls (including Novia Stars and Mr T), lots of fast food toys, several different figures (including Fabuland and Littlest Pet Shop) and a few plushies (including another Boohbah hot water bottle cover). I also found a well read six pack of Paddington Bear books and four My Little Pony (forgot to add them into the group shot)!

Some Kind of Boring Cabbage

Last weeks finds were most plentiful, covering the carboot on the Sunday, followed by various charity shops during the week, and seem to have found lots of things in twos! I’m most pleased with the vintage He-Man and Stormtrooper figures, an Ever After High doll for 20p and the fabulous “Boring Postcards” book!
