Last week I found a variety of dolls (Equestria Girls, Shopkins Shoppies, La Dee Da, Bratzillas, Ever After High, Shibajuku Girls, Moxie Teenz), My Little Ponies, Palace Pets, and a couple of MH & EAH playsets. I even got some free stuff!
Half term week meant lots of pottering around and lots of charity shop finds. It’s a good job I am about to put up some more shelves as I’ve run out of room! I found Sweet Valley High, Lalaloopsy, Sweet Secrets, Furbys, Moshi Monsters, Glimmies, Ladybird and Brambly Hedge books, Puppy Surprise, Equestria Girls, Monster High, Ever After High & Mr Men.
I needed cat food and bread, I came back with dolls. Lalaloopsy, Disney Descendants, Forever After High, Disney Princess and a Fairy Princess to be precise. Plus the cat food and bread.
A decent selection of finds from Monday and Tuesday’s charity shop rummages, including Moshi Monsters, My Little Pony, Mr Men, Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Star Wars!
I had the most excellent find in one of the charity shops in town when I popped out for milk: a super rare MIB Powerpuff Girls “Best Friends” Buttercup animated talking doll!
Yesterday’s charity shop goodies included a Swatch watch, three little Hello Kitty figures, a Frankenstein’s monster keyring and five Twistheads.
A couple of weeks ago I found a Lego Star Wars: Rogue One “K-2SO” figure in the Salvation Army charity shop, followed a week later by a Monster High “Geni Grant” doll. I thought it would be fun to photograph them together!
I found a few little bits and pieces on Monday in the charity shop, including four Ladybird Books, two PJ Masks figures and The Transformers Card Game.
I started volunteering in my favourite charity shop on Monday morning (The Lions), and on my way into the children’s section my eyes were magnetically drawn to a small plush toy sitting on the shelf. It was a POPPLES! Through out the morning I also picked up a few G4 My Little Ponies, a Danger Mouse pin, another kitty purse, a Shopkins “Strawberry Kiss” Illumi-mate, a Miffy book and a Count Duckula book.
Ever since I started collecting Monster High by accident back in October I have been on the look out for them in charity shops, and was most pleased to find a couple of dolls plus a bag of mixed Monster High & Ever After High items last week.
I bought a few items on a visit to my favourite charity shop last weekend, including a Boohbah, Furby and various books.
I came back with an excellent bag of goodies two weekends ago, including a Roland Rat single, a Zelfs, various Monster High items, four My Little Ponies and two Smasha-Ballz!
Way back last year, well only October actually, I came across a large selection of Monster High dolls in my local charity shop. They had just been put out for display for Halloween and had also been reduced. Not a doll I had come across before, I was intrigued and started to take a look at them. Instantly spotted by the sales assistant, she said jokingly “how would you like the lot, we can make you an deal?”. Never one to pass up a deal on a job lot of toys (or music), she whipped out a calculator, made her offer and I snapped them up. I then toddled off home to take a good look at what I had just purchased.
My very last find of 2018 and my first finds of 2019 include My Little Pony, Trolls, Frizzys and Bush Baby World.
My trip back to Bath in December to visit the folks proved very fruitful. I found several G3 My Little Ponies and a large selection of books and a few games (some from charity shops and others from a general auction). The books and games were to heavy to take home with me on the train, but the ponies snuck in easily!
Last weeks charity shop finds included two Palace Pets, a My Little Pony, a purple Furby, Batman Twistheads, a Monster High purse and a Num Noms pencil case.
I popped out for various cat related food items on Thursday and came back with a Dolly Surprise and a plush Palace Pets. Plus cat food.
It was half term last week, so the Mr and I went out and about a few places. Said places, also having charity shops, provided me with a few extra much needed items to fill my shelves with! Amongst my finds were My Little Pony, Moshi Monsters, Furbys and a Fluppy Puppy! I also found a few books (Garfield and Beano), an Alice In Wonderland LP and a Marvel duvet cover.
My charity shop foraging last week provided me with two Zelfs (which came with two McDonalds Happy Meal Troll heads), Electrokidz and two Buffy The Vampire Slayer/Sarah Michelle Gellar mini keyrings!
I found a mixed selection of charity shop items last week, including various books (Paddington, Count Duckula, Meg & Mog and Terry Pratchett) a selection of toys (Rubik’s Revenge, Garfield, Dragon Flyz, Trolls and Hatchimals), plus several LP’s of varying wonderfulness!
