Payment are made through PayPal, which is a secure site. It is not necessary to be a PayPal account holder as payments can be made using a credit/debit card.

All items are posted via Royal Mail. Within the UK, there is the choice of 1st or 2nd class delivery (2nd class is the default).
All goods are normally dispatched within 3 working days, larger badge/magnet orders may take a little longer as I make them up on a per order basis. I will notify you by email if there is a delay. International delivery normally takes 3-8 working days to arrive by air from the UK, but can take up 20 days to some countries.
Items Lost Or Damaged In The Post
I cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in the post but do retain proof of postage should a claim need to be made. The Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 15 working days within UK or 20 working days outside of the UK from the date of postage, and any claims made for lost items must be made within 3 months of postage. Royal Mail offer compensation of up to £20 for standard UK and Airmail delivery, so if you are placing a large order please contact me for additional postage rates before ordering.
All items are handmade with care. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order I will happily mend, exchange or refund your money (excluding return postage cost) on receipt of the item. Please note that you are responsible for return postage costs and I am not responsible for returns lost in the mail, so make sure you obtain proof of postage just in case.
If you need to return an item please email me at email@example.com as soon as possible. Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days.
