Wuzzles
"Have you snuzzled a Wuzzle today?"

Wuzzles were produced by Disney and Hasbro in 1985. Each character was a mixture of two animals, and all had wings. They started off as an American animated television series and were soon produced as poseable figures and plush toys (similar to Care Bears), books, puzzles and an abundance of other items.

Plush

Plush Wuzzles were produced in two different sizes - 12 inches and 8 inches. The first edition of large plush Wuzzles had a little plastic"W" on their bottoms. When they were re-released with the Wuzzle Cousins they no longer had it, but looked just the same otherwise. Wuzzle Cousins were only made in one size. Each character came with its own story book.

Baby Wuzzles

There were seven Baby Wuzzles produced as UK prototypes, and were never sold anywhere. Aparantly there were only ever 15 of them made and were for the families of the investors (thanks to Cliff for this information). They were about 9 inches high. Foxee and Woxee were twin brothers.
