These toys were sent in by Cindy, who says:
"They have no markings in the mould to tell me who made it. Each doll came with a comb, a locket and a matching accessory. I have a birthday toy and 2 punk rocker toys. Their faces are made of plastic and their bodies are entirely made of hair. On the back of them, there is a long velcro strip that you can use to put them on your wrist. I hope someone can help me. I've had these since I was little and the name eludes my sister and I. Thanks in advance!!"

UPDATE!!!
Lauren emailed me to say this these toys are from a series called My Precious Puffs. They were produced by Matchbox in 1987.
