Title: looking for help to id these toys that looklike a bey blade or spinning top toy

I have a few toys thta i came across,that look like a bey blade type. but their not, not sur ewhat the real name of these are. any info would be greatful or the year they were put out, there are no marks on them at all . which is odd, usually all toys have a date or maker.

I know that in the 1970s there was a toy called battle tops but I do not think this is the one you are thinking of.
