Title: [ID: Kidgetts] Small doll with belt clip?

I have a small 1.5" doll with real blonde hair and a very detailed made up face.  She is wearing a winter outfit and has moveable arms and legs.  She has pink thing that clips around her waist and has a belt clip / money type clip on it.  No markings...

shoot i had one of these i think they were a little kiddle look alike or remake not sure although
