I have a small 4" doll that I believe is part of the Pee Wee series. However...I can't find info on this doll and she contradicts some things I am finding about the line. She has red pigtails and a red sparkly dress. The back of her neck says U D C O Inc. MGMLXXVII. What year does this stand for? Her shoes are molded / painted on rather than removeble like most of the line I am seeing. She also says Made In China where I thought Pee Wee dolls were made in Hong Kong. No idea of her history...thrift store find.

UDOC is the markings for Uneeda, the company who produced Pee Wee dolls. The roman numarals (should read MCMLXXVII) translated to 1977.
