I got this Rainbow Brite doll at Value Village and I don't think she is vintage, but I'm not sure.
It says "1983 Hallmark cards" on the back of her neck.
But her tag has been cut off and it looked to be an orange tag.
She is also poseable.

I second that motion. She is not the vintage but the reissue.

Often the tags on the reissues are rainbow colored whereas the actual vintage are white so I'd say either a reissue or someone put a vintage head on a new body. The vintage tags are white though, not colored. :)

She's definitely from 2003. An easy way to know is because of the light blue color of her dress. Vintage versions are all darker. I'm not a RB expert but just from a little searching it looks like the 2003 versions just used the same head mold as the vintage dolls. Here's a link of a mib one:

The doll's hair is more yellow than orange.
