Title: [ID: Fantasy Fillies] Purple + teal 7inch hard plastic Pegasus?

I bought this Pegasus at a yard sale with several fashion Star Fillies. Well after an extensive search all I know is that I'm fairly sure it's not a fashion star filly. If anyone could help me ID it I would be very grateful!

Its about 7 inches tall, you can't really see them in the picture but it has several silver glittery stars, dots and one moon one her one side. Its back leg says "MARCHON INC 19(8or9)2 China

Blue eye and marks on the hind quarters make me think Fantasy Fillies.
