Title: [ID: Dream Garden, Barbie Fairytopia, Kidgetts, Loving Family]
Post by: mam on Wednesday 10 November 2010, 04:14 am
These two are very small. I believe the basket thing came with a scented plastic flowery playset... little babies or elves/fairies? They weren't fairywinkles. ^^ Purple blanket part of the basket flips open. The blue caterpillar rocking-thing is rubbery like PVC, while the basket is hard plastic. Both are only marked 'China'.

The carriage is all plastic, with moving wheels. I think there was a piece at the front for attaching horses that got broken off (this part is movable up & down). Doors are molded on, don't open. No markings other than 'China'; measures about 3" high at highest center point.

Leafy/flowery bed. Made of flexible PVC; marked 'China' & 'A1' at bottom. Bottom is hollowed out a bit.

Pink plastic comb; stamped M.I.I. 1989 on back. The mold on front looks like a triangle and a magnifying glass.

The table is fairly large & has a MATTEL 1999 marking at the bottom. The desert plate flips from strawberry cake to cookies, & the cake area has 3 holes that look like something went there at one time. ^^ measures about 51/2" across

I'm pretty sure the table is not Strawberry Shortcake. I was thinking maybe Kelly, Polly Pocket, Mini Kingdom, or Disney Princess.

I don't think it would be Polly Pocket... it's a pretty large table. Much larger than the other items; sorry, I should have said "small carriage, leafy items, & big table". ^-^

I would say My Little Pony but that would be Hasbro, not Mattel, right?

A guess on the table is that it's a Fisher Price Loving Family table. I don't know for sure but that line had flip top tables. So did Princess Magic Touch, but it's not that.

Loving Family? Sounds good... the plastic is pretty chunky like it was made especially for younger ones. ^^

I just noticed that the cookies are star-shaped & 3 of them have faces wearing sunglasses & also little bathing suits (or diapers?).

The comb goes with the Kidgetts dolls (see the page in the Toys section).

The flower pieces is part of this playset:
(I'm not sure what it's called but I think it's Barbie - there are little Polly Pocket-like fairies).

Good clue about the Flower Playset with babies... that's Dream Garden. I assume that they came with the larger yellow playset?

The blue tights, hat and red hat are SSC. They came in a blister pack 'Berry Wet & Berry Ballerina' together with other pieces.
