Tori emailed me this image of her doll and description:
"Hi, I think i got this doll when I was around 7 which would have been 1995 but I think I may have had one that broke before I got this one around the earlier 90s. She had blonde hair and blue eyes and a soft body with hard plastic for half of her arms and legs. She came wearing the one piece suit in the picture which was pink and had a teddy bear on it. She had a dummy in her mouth and I think she might have cried when you took it out. The name Hush-a-bye kind of rings a bell but I'm not sure. I really want to know the proper name as I want to find one for my daughter and I have no idea what to search for. Thanks."

UPDATE!!!
Thanks to Angel who identified this doll as Hush Little Baby, produced by Tonka in 1990. There was a button in her mouth which made her cry when her bottle or dummy was removed. She also had eyes which moved from side to side.
