Title: Help identifying Barbie accessory

Hi! i recently found this on a second-hand store and buy it 'cause I needed a barbie mannequin, I would like to know if anyone here can tell me to which barbie does this belongs

In the base it says "2001", maybe is the date of fabrication, maybe the date of the mold....

I forgot to mention that the seller told me this belonged to the "designer barbie", but I think the man didn't knew what he was talking about! Hehehehe
