Title: [ID: MLP G1 Li'l Litter & MLP G3 Breezies Parade] Hasbro Petal Bunnies?

In this picture, there are 2 mini bunny figures. It says 'Petal Bunny Express' as the title, but when I googled it, I couldn't find any info on them!! Please help!

That's a mix-mash of Little Litters bunnies (http://ghostofthedoll.co.uk/Toys_MLP_LilLitters.htm) and the train from some of the MLP Breezies Parade sets.
