Title: [ID: Once Upon A Forest "Russell Mole"] Stuffed toy I need help with.

I was going through my old stuffed toys and there is one that I don't recognize. It's all gray accept for its hand and feet which are flesh colored. He has a red hat sewn on his head and a pair of green glasses sewn onto his face and a red and white striped scarf around his neck. My older sister thinks its a character from an old cartoon movie but she can't remember which one so can anyone help me out?

I think it's a mole. I'm wondering if it could be Edgar from Once Upon A Forest.

I found it the toy was Edgar from Once Upon A Forest but this one is missing the jacket. I don't think mine came with a jacket to be honest I think mine was a garage sale find.
