Title: [ID: My Magic Genies] doll id #1

I looooog time ago I uploaded pics of a bunch of dolls to id(a few were a few weren't) and now it's time to id what hasn't been starting with this pony(it has a small die inside it that pops differnt colers when you push the bubble.)
