Title: [ID: Tetley Tea] little plastic guys

Anyone know what these are? I think they were a promo for some tea or drink company. The bag says the standard not for kids warning and I don't see any other markings.

They are the tetly tea guys the're called Sydney and Gaffer the're still on adverts now in Britain
