Title: [ID: Little Sparklin' Clouds] Two really cute little dolls.

I got these dolls today for 5p each at a car boot sale!

Does anyone know who they are?

They have Mattel Inc 2001 written on their backs.

I don't know who they are but I had one when I was younger so I'm glad you started this! I think their heads are smaller versions of Cherry Merry Muffin.

That's exactly what I thought when I first saw these dolls, they look similar to Cherry Merry Muffin. Faces are a bit chubbier though.

Those are too cute! And they look very 80's/early 90's as well; I would not have guessed that they were from the 2000's without knowing their markings.

The packaging definitely gives them away as early 00's (as well as the Polly Pocket-like pets) but otherwise I agree with you completely!
