Title: [ID: Piece from "So Small Babies" by Galoob] small plastic see saw galoob?

Hi all i have just received a smooshees bundle from ebay and in it is a couple of random bits i dont think are part of the set. One of them is a plastic toy see saw with the sun on one end and moon on other, main colour is yellow. Has lewis galoob toys 1989 underneath.  Just curious if this is part of a different set ?

Also thank you from me I happen to have the merry-go-round and the bassinet from the same set I was gonna put em up to id but now I don't need to lol!
