Title: [ID: "Tamara" from Princess Gwenevere] Blue doll with crystal?

My friend has this blue doll about the size of a barbie. It has a light blue sleeveless jumpsuit that's kinda painted on it's body. It has a long pink ponytail and a pink jewel on it's stomach. She's also got a blue helmet thing on her head and really bright makeup. And it's from a cartoon show if that helps... It's killing me how familiar this doll is but I can't remember the name!
