Title: [ID: Go-Bots] Is this a transformers toy or a go bot toy

Hi  my sister found this while cleaning out our room. I would like to know if this is a go bot toy or a transformer toy. She found him on  a beach in the early 80's . The toy is about two inches long and about two inches high when standing up.
The toy reads on the back" tonka corp. copyright 1985 all rights reserved made in japan" it is a black van that turns into a robot . here are some pictures.  He is a little beat up and has some paint loss sorry.

It's a go-bot specifically it's the renegade Powwow from the wendy's fast foor promo (And yes go-bots rock and are comin soon to video at last)

thanks for the id for this one i found him on a beach and took him home for got about it then found it again it is now sitting proudly on a book case.  ;D
