Title: [ID: Dollar General Glamour Girl SSC-like doll] Help ID-ing this knock off Strawberry Shortcake type doll

Hello - I just happened to come across this little doll at a thrift store the other day and I have no idea who she is.  She has practically the same body as S.S. dolls and is made out of hard plastic, has blonde bangs and brownish red hair with blonde streaks within.  The back of her head says Made in China, as well as on her back and also has the following on her back: 4TFRE10.  She came with this little pink outfit/no shoes or anything else.  It will be great to find out who she is.  Thanks!!

I just bought one of these at Dollar General! There are two types -- one that comes with a dog and pet bowl, and one that comes with just her outfit and shoes.

Her body appears to be using a SSC mold. I'm currently trying to figure out where I've seen her face before.

The lashes remind me of the Fun-World dolls.
