Title: Unknown StarCastle parts?

I found these parts in a bag of McDonald's toys from Goodwill. There are sparkly like a StarCastle but I'm not sure where the came from. Any ideas?

Given the color, shape, and flag type I'm inclined to believe this goes to the carousel playset from the Carnival Collection. Judging by the catalogue picture here on GOTD it looks like it's a color variant of the pink turret with purple or blue flag that is to the immediate right and slightly in back of the main tower with the gold accent.

The turrets on the carousel are round and convex and the turrets of the ferris wheel set are quite geometrical.and concave.
