Title: [ID: Barbie, A Mermaid Tale] Pink Sparkley Seahorse

I found this pink sparkly seahorse at a thift store today and I thought it was so pretty.

Anyone know where it's from? Looks like someone is suppost to ride it. I am thinking it looks like the Barbie line. What do you think?

The seahorse comes with a small mermaid doll. I have the two others in the set.
