Title: [ID: Rosetta & Friends Flower Garden] Pretty Flower Tea Set

I found this pretty flower tea set at the thift store and it's very cute. Even came with a mini set for doll tea parties.  

Does anyone here know what company makes this product? Any pics of it MIB? Does the teapot belong? It looks too small. I'm wondering how complete my set is. :)
