Title: [ID: Magic Trolls] Blinkins like butterfly by Applause

So, I found this guy...

He is marked Applause 1992, and the designs on his wings glow. ANy clue what he might be?

I would bet it was part of a Magic Troll Babies series. It's probably their noble steed. ;D

The date, eyes, and "hair" are right to be from that line.
