Reminds me of Monchhichi, my guess is they are from that era (early 80's/late 70's)?  Could be they were Sekiguchi dolls (Japan) first?

The doll on the bottom left's eye paint style reminds me of the Japanese Barbie, Takara.

Maybe it's Asian in origin?

It is about 1977 and it's a soft doll with a sponge body. Only that picture.
