it looks awful barbie-ish to me but I've never seen anything quite like that. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

I have that cat! It is a Barbie cat...the name of the doll was Kitty Fun Barbie, from 2000. Here is a link to the set on Ebay:

and yes, it drinks and wets! Although I have never tested mine out. Came with clumping 'cat litter' and a tiny litter box.
