Lisa emailed me this doll image and description:
"Hi, this little doll I played with as a child of the 80s and early 90s. I am not sure what she is called and would love to find out. This is her original diaper, but she also had a bib I believe. She has no marks on the back of her neck and says China on her back. Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks!"

UPDATE!!!
Thanks to Lorrie and Rhi who both identifed this doll as a Love a Bye Baby, produced by Hasbro in 1987.
