Title: [ID: Princess Gwenevere] odd key/comb type thing with pic of a gem any clues ??

i came across this in a box of bits and was wondering if anyone knows what / who it is for , i kinda looks like a cross between a flag pole a comb and possibly a key ( lots of secret keeping in the 80s ) any help would be great :D

That is a princess gwenevere and the jewel riders horse comb . It belongs to a Unicorn called moon dance
