Title: [ID: Battlestar Galactica "Ovion"]3 1/2" green alien with 4 arms early 80's???

3 1/2 inch action figure green alien with big yellow eyes and 4 arms, 2 wheres arms should be and 2 short arms just above the waste. Was in a box with a couple of "black hole" figures which makes me think early 80's possible late 70's. Sorry new to this site got a photo but no idea how to up load it with post.
