Title: ID: Barbie "Ken Jewel Secrets"] small accessory ID please? - bracelet in case

I got this in a bag of random toys and it looks like it might be "important" but I have no idea what toy line it goes to. This blue case is exactly 2 inches long and the bracelet is flexible plastic with 2 little pins that connect it on the ends. There is no brand name on the case but it does say Malaysia and some random numbers inside on the bottom. Is this a Barbie accessory or something else like She-Ra, Golden Girl, etc?

It is from Barbie, it belongs to  Ken Jewel Secrets 1986.   ;)
