Title: [ID: Super Scooter Shannen by Mattel] Scooter Doll

What's the name of this 90's doll? I only found a couple pictures of her anywhere on the internet and this one is the best one.

according to texaswatertowers.com: By Mattel and marked 1998 on her head and 2000 on her body this little gal is wearing her elbow pads and helmet. Complete with her scooter she "scoots" along pushing off with her foot.
