Title: [ID: Fashion Stars "Fillies Teen Fashions"] Who is this little white cat?

Does someone know who is this little plastic cat ? Size is like a SSC or MLP pet.

No mark, no year but a little circle scratch under it that let think you can scratch him on something...  ???

I DO!!! it is part of the fashion star filly line !!!  ;D i had them as a kid the animal came with an outfit and Velcro on the bottom allowed it to sit on the horse!

these are the sets i know about

1. cheerleader came with a Scotty dog like this cat
2. ballerina came with a swan
3.tropical one came with a parrot !
