Title: [ID: Hello Color/Hello Colour] 80's Bath plush pegacorn.. Hello Kitty?

This was mine as a kid. It is supposed to be a bath toy. It's kind of a foam rubber/flocked material (There are blankets like it). It used to change color in different temperatures of water, but I'm afraid to see if it still does. For some reason, I want to say that it's Hello Kitty/ Sanrio.. but I'm not sure. Do You know what it is?
