Title: Moon Prince (??) Plush body, glow in the dark head

A doll which I remember being called the Moon Prince.

It was much like a glow worm, plush body hard plastic crescent moon Glow in the dark head, hands, feet.
It had painted on eyes.
At night time the hard plastic would glow in the dark, except for the painted on eyes. instead they just masked out the light and it looked like
Satan himself was going to watch you slumber.

It was about 12 inches (31 centimeters) high, maybe a little more.
I don't know the manufacturer.

I have looked EVERYWHERE for this on the internet and haven't found a thing.
Would love to find out what this doll actually was and maybe get my hands on another one!
