Does anyone know who this lovely Barbie is?

I think the Barbie is Sparkle Beach Barbie. She has those gold shell earrings.

I don't think it is her, I don't remember her having the pink hair or tinsel.  When I googled her image the face looks the same but the hair was different and I could not find 1 with the shell earrings, they all had gold dot earrings..........

Nope, she's not Sparkle Beach. her hair streaks change colour xx

Ok, she's Splash and Colour Barbie from 1996.

Just need to ID the stool now  ;) xxxxxx
