Title: [ID: Nerf Fencing] Foam(?) Sword

I keep having these random memory flashbacks of some sort of toy sword. I don't know if someone I knew had it or if I saw it on Nickelodeon or something. I thought it might be Nerf brand, but nothing is coming up on searches.

What I remember best is the plastic "hilt" part. It seemed these, like, triangular(?) windows cut out of it.

For some reason I'm thinking it was yellow or had yellow on it.

This would have been late 80s, early 90s.

 I  had something similar to this it was a yellow sword with a blue base that had little tabs that you could fold up or down I want to say it was little tykes I am not sure . It was like a a foam noddle with a base like a hilt on a sword I remember playing with it as a kid .

We were both right! I was trying to figure out why the hilt would have the turning things unless it was targets...

And (sure enough)... it was a NERF fencing set! I don't know where I would have ever played with it, though?!?
