Title: [ID: Barbie "Hot Skatin Midge"] 90's Barbie, I think

I recently found a jointed, flat foot Barbie, similar to the Matchmaker Magic Mulan doll. The head has red hair with bangs, aqua round earrings, closed mouth and green eyes and says "1985 MATTEL INC" on it. The body says "1993 MATTEL INC MALAYSIA" and kinds looks like she has an orangey color to it. I am just curious to know which doll it is.

She has been ID'd elsewhere as being Hot Skatin Midge.
