Title: [ID: Moppets Secret Dollhouse] Doll whose skirt covers whole dollhouse

Need the name and manufaturer of an eary 80's toy. The smal doll sits on top of a dome shaped dollhouse with 4 rooms and her skirt covers the whole dollhouse. I think I received this toy for Christmas in 1982 or 1983. Any help would be greatly appreciated.thanks!
