Title: Pink Carebear Knockoff with Red Heart Nose?

Here is my bear!  I'm not actually sure if she's a Carebear knockoff, but her name is Carebear!  I got her sometime between 1986 and 1990.  I would guess she is about 4 inches tall.  She has a red plastic heart-shaped nose and black round eyes.  It appears as if when she was new, she had light pink fur on her face, tummy, and ears and darker fuchsia fur everywhere else.  She is the darker pink color on her whole back.  She's had a lot of sew-ups throughout her life, so this may have not been the original placement of her hands, and I'm sure her head wasn't always tilted so quizzically (but wisdom comes with age, right?)!

Can anyone help me identify her?  Thank you so much!

any tag on the plush or a mark for a maker?

UNfortunately, there is no tag or marking!  I'm sure my two year old self ripped it off.  One more detail, though: I got her in the U.S.

I've looked a bit and no luck so far.

I do really like your bear, though.

On eBay when you're doing searches, maybe try searching with terms like "Valentine," etc. because of the pink and heart nose. :)

Hmm.. does not ring a bell.  Cute bear, though.

Her nose really reminds me of a plush I had when I was a kid.  It had a nose like that (maybe a bear?) shaped like a heart.  I remember really really wanting to eat it (rofl) because it looked just like candy.

Ahaha, Em! I did the same thing! I did that with a few carebear hearts on their butts too. Always thought they looked yummy.

But it is a very cute bear! Sorry I can't be more help.

I had a blue bunny with a red heart nose like that and that bunny just came out of a claw machine and not from a specific line...I don't know if that information is helpful at all but....just something I thought of when I saw the nose... :)
