Title: Please help ID these dolls

The dolls have bright hair like moondreamers but they are barbie sized not small like moondreamers.  I wanna say part of the name keeps popping in my head as Star-somethings

No, definitely not Jem  :D. I found these dolls called Moonbeams that looked similar. But they aren't Moonbeams either.

There was a series of Barbie sized dolls in the 1990s based on Sailor Moon.
